March Madness Contest: Guess The Number of Basketballs to Win

March is fast approaching, and with it the NCAA basketball championships! To celebrate, we are holding a basketball themed contest in the office. Can you guess how many basketballs are in the jar? On your next visit to the office, submit your best guess for a chance to win a $25 gift card to Borders or iTunes (your choice). Check out all the rules below, and feel free to give the office a call if you have any questions!

1. One guess per person.
2. You must be a current patient to win.
3. If more than one person guesses correctly, a drawing will be held to determine the winner.
4. The contest begins February 22, 2010 and ends April 1, 2010.
5. The winner will be notified by phone on April 5, 2010.
6. The winner will receive his/her choice of either a
$25 Borders gift card or a $25 Itunes gift card (and the basketballs!)
7. Entries can be submitted only in the office.

2010 Duke vs. Carolina Contest Winners

We are happy to announce that we have THREE contest winners...Rory and John both guessed Duke would win the February 10th game and the final total score would be 122 points. But Amanda guessed the actual 118 points scored! Congratulations Amanda, Rory and John!
